Health Guarantee

Our Health Guarantee

All puppies purchased through Integrity Williams French Bulldog Home are covered by a 30-day breeder-provided health guarantee. For detailed information on coverage, we recommend consulting the relevant state laws. Upon receiving your new puppy, it is mandatory to schedule a veterinary examination within 10 days. Should the veterinarian determine that your puppy is clinically ill or suffering from an injury or illness that most likely occurred before the date of sale and delivery, you have the following options:

Return the puppy for a full refund.

Exchange the puppy for a replacement puppy of equal value.

Keep the puppy and be reimbursed for reasonable veterinary costs, not exceeding the purchase price.

These options do not apply if the seller provided a veterinarian-signed health certificate and disclosed in writing at the time of sale any health issues that subsequently lead to the buyer’s return request. If, within 30 days of purchase, a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a congenital or hereditary defect that affects its health, or if your puppy dies due to such a defect, you will again have the option described above.

Requirements and Communication

You are required to notify the breeder of your puppy’s condition within two business days of receiving the veterinary certificate, providing the veterinarian’s contact information. Failure to notify the breeder after this timeframe will result in the loss of your rights. It is important to familiarize yourself with the laws regarding the sale of puppies in the state where you purchased your puppy.

State Laws

Each state in the United States has its own regulations regarding health guarantees for puppies sold. In states without mandatory health guidelines, any breeder advertising through our platform is expected to offer at least a 30-day health guarantee for their puppies. If a state mandates a longer guarantee period, that law takes precedence. Some breeders may choose to offer extended warranties for their puppies. However, it is important to note that any health warranty offered by a breeder must meet or exceed the minimum legal requirements of the respective state.

Extended Genetic Health Warranties (if available)

This additional warranty specifically covers diseases or conditions that have been clearly identified as having a genetic origin through a thorough veterinary examination and testing. It is important to note that these warranties do not cover routine veterinary costs associated with the general care of your French Bulldog. Submission of the relevant documentation to the breeder is required before any compensation can be paid.

Warranty Exclusions

It is important to emphasize that this warranty does not cover costs resulting from injuries caused by owner negligence or accidental damage.
